In fact, I’m not even rich. What I am is free. I make enough to live, grow my wealth and continue buying land. I travel between beautiful homesteads and campgrounds with the weather, work when I want, travel when I want and answer to no one.

So this isn’t a get rich quick scheme. It’s a new way to live using a set of tools, skills and systems I’ve spent the last seven years of my life sweating, bleeding and crying over to develop so that you don’t have to. It is a proven method to generate income, life long friendships, and beautiful places to live that I will guide you through step by step.

But Who Am I?

Meet Aidan, Your Coach

I’m a lifelong nomad who’s lived on the road for the past decade. In my “past life” I built and scaled marketing teams for Series A startups—but in 2019, the trajectory of my life changed forever. I bought a piece of land in Joshua Tree, CA to use as a home base between travel stints and be closer to friends and family. This land allowed me to get outside and build stuff with my hands, which felt great after full days of staring at screens. It even gave me the canvas on which to try a crazy idea of mine, combining the community vibe of hostels with beautiful outdoor locale of campgrounds.

So I began to build. What started with a compost toilet and an outdoor shower quickly grew into something bigger—raised-bed gardens, shaded decks, co-work spaces, an outdoor gym and a growing stream of nomads who not only showed up, but paid to be there. Eventually the space begin filling up and my ambitions of making a network of campgrounds began. I left my tech job and today, I’m the founder and CEO of Van Life Campgrounds, with a growing network of community oriented locations and an incredibly rad team helping me expand the vision.

Along the way, I’ve partnered with and consulted for over 20 other land, campground, glampsite, and RV park owners—helping them launch or grow their own community-powered spaces and incomes. I’ve built a life that I love from the ground up and helped others do the same. When it comes to finding, developing, and generating income from land, there aren’t many people on earth who have a better understanding of this world than I do.
