SOUTH WEST:

Welcome to the VLC Mothership. This is the 5 acre plot that started it all. Located 15 minutes from both East & West entrances of Joshua Tree National Park. VLC Jtree offers rad amenities, views, community vibes and all the new things we’re currently beta testing for the rest of the network. Come see where it all started and where it’s all going!

Smack dab in between San Diego (1 hr.), Los Angeles (1.5 hr.) & the beaches of Oceanside/Carlsbad (45 min.) this epic 160 acres of coastal mountains in Southern California is the perfect home base for any type of adventure. Featuring ocean views, sweeping groves and one of the raddest shared nomad spaces that we have to offer, all within a stone’s throw of the beautiful town of Fallbrook, CA which offers, wineries, breweries, restaurants and groceries. Come spend a few weeks at Splitrock, make some friends, relax and head down to the beach.

15 Hectares (37 acres) of hand built off-grid Baja California Sur magic. Located right off the 1 as you make your way down the Baja Peninsula. This rad property features 9 glamping accommodations (including vintage airstreams), a shared kitchen, a bathhouse, plus all the games and all the communal hang out space your heart could desire. All just a short drive from the sleepy town of Mulegé with groceries, restaurants and farm fresh vegetables.

Directly in between Portland and the peak of Mt. Hood you’ll find The Barn @ Cedar Creek situated on a hill overlooking 37 forested acres with a creek and ponds. The Barn @ Cedar Creek not only offers a safe place to park with a beautiful view, but a large communal space with all the amenities. Designed specifically for digital nomads and vehicle dwellers, The Barn has a dedicated co-working space, communal kitchen, two bathrooms with showers, laundry, fire pits, games and more.

Just under an hour south of Portland sits this lovingly cultivated 25 acre waterfront ranch. Enjoy private beaches on the Molalla River, a designated communal van life area equipped with Wi-Fi, toilets, a shower and a covered hang out patio. This working cattle ranch comes equipped or within spitting distance of all the activities you could need including a free-to-use paddle boat to get you out on the water.

COMMUNITY CALENDAR
Join our community run calendar to add and check out all of the events that the VLC community are going to, interested in or have created (maybe find a caravan to one as well!). This is also a space to create and host digital meetups like game/movie nights or whatever else you can think of.

You’ll be allowed to book new locations to help us gather feedback before they’re announced to the public. You’ll receive first notice of new paid gigs, workstays, investment opportunities, beta progams, etc. Whatever it is we want to try, test or launch this is where it goes first!
